I am looking to update my apt. bathroom. I have the tackiest mustard yellow with brown splotch countertop as well as green and orange decorative tiles in my tub that must have been put up in the early 70s. The biggest problem is that I just graduated from college and do not have oodles of cash to spen. Looking for some cost effective dyi hints. Thanks to all in advance.
