Is this gas or oil furnace?How old is the furnace? does your reducer motor comes on first and stay on?Do you have 110 volts coming in?Try soft steal wool to clean you flame sensor alot of my house calls $50.00 for just that.try taking off your red and white wire to your low voltage pannel and then run a bypass (dont run pypass with wires on it) if it runs with no problems then its a short in your wires or your T-stat.I'll keep watch on you post
