My sectional door is now crooked and won't budge. I observed the following:
1) Cable on R is stretched taut outside the door, wound around top bar and kinked. L cable OK.
2) 2 rollers popped out, top L, bottom R.
3) Both tracks are splayed out at bottom 1-2".
4) The sheet metal of 2 lower sections looks creased.
Question: Do I have to replace the whole godforsaken thing, or can each problem be repaired? This door is 14 years old.
