hello your door isnt hinge binding is it . make sure the hinge leafs are flush with the jamb and not set in to far . and it could be the shims behind the hinges if the rough stud is twisted there can be many reasons . Id use screws two long ones in each hinge . and you could nail into the shims on the edges far enough back so when the casing covers it you never see them .
