Noisy Electric Base Board Heater

I have an electric baseboard heater that is much noisier than any of the others in my house. I know it is the metal expanding and contracting. Is there anything that can be done about this? Are there brands or types of heater that are quieter that it can be replaced with? Any help would be much appreciated.
