Had a new house with dark green formica countertop and a painter dripped latex paint on countertop and let it dry. No matter what I tried it wouldn't come off and the builder didn't want to replace counter top but couldn't get the paint off.
Four years later my dog ate a marker on the white carpet and while trying to get it off I bought some "Goof Off" by Lilly Industries 1-877-GOOF-OFF. It got the marker out and while looking at the can it said removes dried latex paint. I wiped some on and the paint wiped off without a trace. I bought it at Meiers.
