My toilet is clogged. I've used a ball plunger with little to no effect. I've also used a hand cranked snake. What I do is pull the snake out of the crank device that holds it, and put the snake into the toilet as far as it will go...until it meets resistance. But when I begin to turn the crank/snake, it starts bunching up and working its way back out of the toilet, as though it's not turning at the clog. What should I do now. This has been going on for several months. Thanks
