This trick really works! Make sure the iron is really hot and use at least 5 layers of paper towels. Also ensure that you lift the paper towels frequently to examine your progress and move the towel around to take advantage of fresh blotting area. I had really deep red wax into a near-white burber carpet and it is completely gone! Thanks for the tip!
