Hot water pressure in kitchen and bathroom sink SLOW!!!

The hot water in my kitchen and bathroom sink runs slowly out of the faucets. The water pressure for the cold water is fine in the kitchen but not in the bathroom.

The bathtub pressure is fine on cold and hot. HELP!
What could the problem be??
