SPEAKING FROM A RECENT JOB OF REFINISHING FLOORS (IN NOT SO BAD SHAPE) IN A RENTAL HOUSE 3 AVERAGE ROOMS & SMALL HALL.
DON'T TACKLE THIS PROJECT UNLESS YOU HAVE A WEEK TO DEVOTE. THE PROCESS SOUNDS SIMPLE - I AM HERE TO TELL YOU, DRUM SANDER & EDGER A VERY LABOR INTENSE JOB!!
ITS SOMETHING YOU WILL NEVER DO AGAIN!!
