I have a Genie 1/2 hp screw type opener. This
just started happening. I bought this with my house
and have no user manual. Looking on the web I saw
issues about (1) the door being balanced (won't fall
when held half way open -- mine falls) and (2) improper
force closure adjustment. Doesnt' appear to be
anything related to the light sensors. Any guidance
on what to do. Not sure where the force adjustment
is or what to do with it. Jack
