My toilet in the basement doesn't drain very well. I am going to re do my bathroom floor, so I figure that this will be the perfect time to raise the toilet. I am going to built a platform about 4" high around the toilet to give it a little bit more leverage so that it drfains better. I was wondering what the easiest wat=y to do this would be.
