I wondered if Eric (in his note from October 17, 2002) ever got any advice on refinishing his old oak bathroom vanity. I would like to do the same thing and am not finding much information about how to go about this. Any ideas? My vanity really needs to be resurfaced (the top is Corian (sp?) and is fine) but the face of it needs redoing as it is pitted looking and the wood grain looks worn. The previous owners of the house probably installed it around 15 years ago. Any help would be appreciated.
