If your safety valve and thermocouple are not the problem, make sure the clock on your range is set to MANUAL.
There is also a device called a Thermocouple Checker which we carry that takes no tech experience to use. This device will let you know in a few minutes if the thermocouple or the safety is the culprit of a non-working oven.
