I want to remove a boarder that is on top of a wallpaper that I want to keep in the room. I peeled some of the boarder of and some of the border is still on the paper underneath. I can see this is going to be a job. Is there any way to get the boarder to come off without sticking to the paper underneath it is a glue paper not a self adhisive. If you have any suggestions I would love to hear from you. Thank You. Donna.
