need part for Black & Decker table saw

I recently bought a Black and Decker Table saw, but it did not have a fence/rail. I have been using C clamps . Does any one know if parts are still availible for a 9419 type 2 table saw. There are rails on the rear of the saw, but nothing to attach to it. Thank you for any help I can get.
