Bathroom Tile

Have small showerwall tiles. The floor is plastic. Some of the grout in places especially where tile meets floor and other places on wall, grout has holes. I have a dremel and was thinking about grinding out all grout and re-filling with new. Any tips or other ideas. Shortcuts, products to use etc. welcome. Thanks
