I too want info. We've done a lot of building and now our kids want to convert a single garage into a family room. The floor is cement. Would it be best to frame the floor, insulate it, put OSB or plywood over it then carpet it? Or would it be better to work with the cement floor?
Just fir out the walls and insulate or do we have to frame it? We can do the electrical..it's no problem. I'm just wondering about the floor and walls.
