Ok, I have to know....did this concoction really work? The 1/2 fabric softener and 1/2 hot water? I have 3 layers of painted wallpaper over drywall in my bathroom and I'm dying to get rid of it and repaint it ......I need to know if this works or not BEFORE I try to start a project I may not can handle!!!
