it is only the minority of disgruntled and complaining people that become vocal, while the majority of happy and satisfied persons just silently go about their business. The funny thing is that both the complainers and the happy people operate their attitudes out of habit regardless of the circumstance or store they find themselves in. I'll take happy myself.
