Could be the Flame Sensor or more probable the Johnson Control ignition board.
I had the service guy out and he changed the flame sensor and it still did not work. Seems the Johnson Control ignition board is defective and Lennox is now using a replacement Honeywell Control ignition board. He replaced mine with it and is is wroking fine now.
