I am tring to re-wire a fan motor from a remote to
a standard 3speed fan pull switch. The problem is
there was a capacitor on the remote control unit in the fan. The fan will not start without it, I
can't seem to get it to run with it wired in either. I copied the wiring from another 3speed
fan, it just doesn't want to run. I can't find a
diagram on this type of fan. The remote unit burned up, all paper work is gone. Please help.
