I currently live in a 2 story modular home. It
built by EXCEL builders in PA. I was wondering
if it would be possible to add another story or 1/2
story on top. The house is currently ~2000 sq. ft.
I would like to use the third story for a master
bedroom as well as have extra storage space. The
house was orginally shipped in 4 sections.
