I can't imagine proving that the water is coming from the 'higher' neighbors. His house is older than mine and mine is 20 years old. I had no plans of altering the flow towards the 'lower' neighbors. One problem is that I have no way of getting the water to the street. My lot slopes from the street. My best bet will be to get the water to the back of my lot. I would have to set something up back there. I have a large wooded area in the back. Maybe I could do dry well's or something?
