I'm painting the track at the local YMCA. I believe the walls are cinder block. Im not quite sure exactly. But I know that it is the same type of walls you see at most schools. Anyways, im repainting it white and i was just wondering what kind of paint i should use (type, brand, sheen, etc.). The wall has previously been painted and is currently a dull yellow color. Is there any specific paint that i should or should not use??
