One of the two springs on our garage door has sprung. We have been to a home repair center and they do sell the replacement springs, however, on your message board, I saw where you didn't recommend replacing them ourselves, rather, call a pro. I'm just not sure if we are talking about the same springs. The springs we need to replace are the ones on each side of the door that keep the door operating smoothly up and down. There is a pulley attached on each side where the spring is. I'm not sure how much more information you need.
