have a bad reputation now. I'm having a hard time writing what I want to say. I don't mind being corrected or challanged at anytime,that's how I learn also.I don't understand that only one wall is load bearing.If you would post back and give me a little more info on it,I would be truly thankfull. My thoughts on this is that when framing,there is nothing special done to load bering walls.Am I right to assume that either one could be the load bearing wall,but not both because they're so close togather?
