replaced gas hot water tank; flushed lines. Had leak around compression joint. Cut and replaced pipe. After repair have hot water at all taps except one. The water is hot but it just drips out. Turned on and left open for about 30 minutes with no appreciable increase in water flow. Just a very tiny, steady flow. What can I do?
