This is a common problem with older tank bolts that have been exposed to years of condensation, etc.
WD40 or Liquid Wrench would have been a better choice over liquid plumber. But, if you are able to get enough access to the bolt to saw it off, that is probably your quickest solution. You can buy new bolts at the hardware store.
