I'm going to be living in a true basement with typically small basement windows. Is it possible to include regular windows on the inside over the basement windows when the basement is in the remodeling process? I seem to remember seeing it done on TV once and can't remember where or when. I know I still wouldn't have a view but I could still dress the windows normally and backlight the windows with the full spectrum lights. Help.
