I have forced air heat, with a built in humidifier. I used to keep it set at 10% humidity lower than what was recomended. After having long term Holiday house guests (in-laws), (who have the same heating system and talked me into getting it) who needed the humidity high and swore too me they kept theirs on 75% with no problem have gone, now I have problems.
