My toilet fills all the way and then after about 10 minutes the water fills again for a very brief time (10 seconds) and then shuts off, then repeats. There are no visible leaks. I have just changed the flapper hoping to fix it (still happening) and the ball and fill are fairly new. Can the ball and fill be bad and cause this? What should I check next?
