My Heater is doing the same thing. My furnace is 14 Yrs. old. From what I can gather, it's the Johnson Control Unit. I found a replacement at ( http://heatcoolparts.net/ignitioncontrolpage.html )
I'm starting to find alot of these problems with Lennox Heaters, let me know what you find out, I'm pretty sure I got the same problem.....
