$100 per SF is way over the top...consider that a quality custom home usually goes for $75-$100 per SF, with additions/FROG's, etc going for half (about $50 per SF is more than reasonable)for an "empty" finished space. However, if you are talking about Beverly Hills, Scarsdale, Shaker Heights, than of course, the costs depends on how much a thorough screwing you can tolerate. Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
