But without particulars about the project you can't make any valid comparisons......like comparing apples to oranges.........That addition sounds like a big place.....Maybe even a GRANDE space......did the builder quote a standard finish or a grander finish.........Maybe Steve's quoted addition was an 8' ceiling but the room may have 20'........What's the rest of the house like/size/finish.......
