to get under the holder ..then pry/scrape under it to get it off the wall. then simply repair the wall or install a new one of your like that may cover the old spot. if its drywall ,,clean off all the glue and use drywall mud to repair and smooth it back out. reprime and repaint the spot ...good luck LJ
