We live in a ranch style 2bdrm townehome w/full finshed bsmt, and a loft w/frpl in loft. The bsmt is noticably warmer than the main floor. The windows on the main floor are wet and frosty everyday, depending on the outside temp if it is above freezing the condensation is not as bad and almost none at all. We have a dehumidifer in the bsmt to stop the dampness, and a whole house humidifer on the furnace which we shut off because the condensation got worse with it running. We would appreciate any and all your help.
