Check the flapper check valve that prevents backdrafts. It may be partially stuck open and letting warm, moist air leak out into the attic area where it cools off in the vent tube (piping)and allows the moisture to condense out.
Another thing you can do is to insulate the vent tube in the attic, then the air has a chance to stay warm enough to prevent the condensation.
