I'm remodling my bathroom and constantly hear different things from different people. I have 1/4" backer board over greenboard dry wall. Therefore I am left with about a half inch gap after applying the tile to the wall. What is the best solution? Should I buy "bullnose" tile to round the corners, or can I fill the gap with grout or silicone?
