The vapour barrier should be next to the sub floor and or the reflective material instead of the vapour barrier if it is 6mill or better or conforms to the code of your area. The reflective barrier is the better way to go in this instance as it will reflect heat back into the dwelling and will work as a vapour barrier.Remeber the vapour barrier must be continous,seal all joints with acoustic sealant then insulate and protect it with chicken wire or other rodent proof material.
