Bob; I am trying to remodel my old frame shack with a second story. I thought what I had in mind was Victorian, but a web search made me realize I am looking for something else. I want to open the gable and create a studio apartment, with a flat roof and small fence trim around the perimeter. I remember seeing many of these houses as a kid in the forties.
