Contact the Attonrey General's office in NY. Ass't General James A. Morrissey of the Buffalo Regional Office is handling the case against Neal Martin and BeaverFloor. Their # is 800-771-7755. BeaverFloor was charged in July 2002 with repeated and persistent fraud and deceptive business practices. The court order alos required them to pay $150,000 for restitution to the nearly 60 consumers who have complained since the original settlement. (That was for more than $90,000). I beleive the company moved to Suwanee Geogia. Contact the AG office Atlanta. The lawyer for BeaverHome with the suit in Buffalo is Harvey F. Siegal, 716-883-4800.
