Binz Sealer or Primer Sealer

A fire in appartment below us, required new drywall and
paint. Contractor used Binz Primer Sealer to prepare for new
painting. It was early in the morning. When we awoke we were
very incoherent and dizzy. We have experienced dizzyness, headaches
and vertigo for two weeks now.
There were no fans used for ventilation during the work. The odor
was very strong in our upstairs appartment.
Can anyone tell us if ingrediants in the Binz product could have
caused these problems.
