YES! THAT IS QUITE A SURPRISE!

I never thought the 13% mark-up was legit. It just did not sound like it was worth the fight to go after a few hundred dollars on a major contract.

But when the difference is $10K, it is not just some small omission in the contract. Fight it all the way!
