We are want to prepare our basement for painting. We were going to powerwash the concrete walls and floor. However, it is the middle of winter in the northeast. Should we wait till spring when we can open the windows and doors for ventilating and drying the basement or can we go ahead? Can you supply us with some suggestions or websites on proper preparation???
