I am renting an old apartment with steam radiators. Three rooms are working fine but the bedroom's radiator has been ice cold for about the past month. Do you know how I can fix this problem? Do you think there is a blockage? Please help - it is 54 degrees in the apartment & we are in for a cold spell this week! Thanks!
