I've had an HVAC repair contractor out to my house to look at a 5 year old Evcon Furnace (Model BGM07516AX). The contractor troubleshot things and diagnosed that the Electronic board which the thermostat as well as limit switches and a variety of other wiring run through needs to be replaced. He suggested I try to purchase the board since the installation is quite simple but I'm having a heck of a time finding someone who will sell it to a lowly "homeowner". All of the distributors that Coleman/Evcon have referred me to won't sell it to me. Anyone know of a distributor ANYWHERE that will sell to a homeowner?
I happen to be located in Sacramento, CA area.
