Yeah, we had the center vent put in and it is contiuous. The ridge vent is also continuous.

The window wasn't fogged up, but the inside of the window seal was wet. I have actually opened it and had it drip on me.

Okay so how do you go about fixing it? Do I have to tear down all the drywall? Don't mean to be an idiot, but can you give me a step by step?
