The weather has been pretty dry, but the last time we had rain it leaked pretty bad. I noticed a wet spot on the floor by the baseboard of the wall nearest the rotten leaking drywall wall.
Before we had the ridge vent and soffit vent put in it was wet all the time rain or no rain.
