I need to find a reliable person to inspect my mother's mobile home. She is having problems with the furnace and hot water heater. The home is 13 years old. It is a Fleetwood--a well kept and nice home. But she notices that the doors and walls seem to be weaker or thinner. A lot of her insulation from the underside is coming out. I need to find someone who can explain what repairs are needed and whether anyone has been taking parts off her home without her knowledge.
The mobile home is in Garrisonville, Virginia. This is in the Stafford area of Virginia. Is there anyone in that area who knows how to service mobile homes?
